Shailesh Lodha FIR Against TMKOC: Shailesh Lodha was associated with ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ for years. Shortly before, he suddenly said goodbye to the show. The news of a tussle between the show’s producer Asit Modi and Shailesh Lodha also keep coming to the fore. Shailesh also does not miss to target Asit. Meanwhile, Shailesh has filed a case against Asit’s production company.
Shailesh Lodha worked in TMKOC as Tarak Mehta for 14 years. In April last year, he left the show after a dispute with Asit Modi. If reports are to be believed, the arrears of more than one year have not been cleared. After waiting for 6 months, now Shailesh has decided to take legal action against Asit Modi’s production company.
Shailesh complains against Asit Modi
According to Hindustan Times report, Shailesh Lodha has filed a complaint against Asit Modi for delay in his salary and has filed a case against the production company. Sailesh approaches the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and initiates a corporate insolvency resolution under section 9, as Asit is yet to pay him the salary. There will be a hearing in this matter in May. Shailesh said on this, “The matter is under consideration and is in the court, so I will not comment on it right now.”
The project head of the show reacted
Asit Modi refused to react on this, but Sohil Ramani, the project head of the show, said, “We had requested them through mail and calls to do all the paperwork and take the rest of their salary. We never refused to pay him salary. Paperwork is done after leaving the job in every company. What is the issue with this? Instead of complaining here and there, wouldn’t it have been better if we had followed the simple procedure? We are not pursuing any matter because we have not refused to pay his salary. We have informed him about taking the salary after signing the papers with him.”
